Return & Replacement Policy
At Nuerolet, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of health supplements and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered.
Return is only applicable in the following case:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
To be eligible for a replacement:
Please share an unboxing video and images of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery at support@nuerolet.com
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement of the product.
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
Change of mind after delivery
Opened or used products
Delay in delivery due to courier or external issues
